The Cello Lab™ is a "laboratory of cello studies." It is the place where cellists, (conservatory students and young professionals) go to discuss and solve specific instrumental problems. It is the place to develop new practice habits.
For example
You are invited to participate in an audition and need a bit of guidance. The Cello Lab™ helps to find and learn the standard audition repertoire (concertos and orchestral excerpts). Then results can be tested in a training audition. The Cello Lab™ organises audition simulations where this unusual situation is staged as realistically as possible. Participants are alternatively candidates or members of the Jury. Besides an accurate technical and musical preparation, this training helps to anticipate the particular requirements of an audition.
The Cello Lab™ is the place to have occasional private "maintenance" lessons, focusing on the repertoire or the instrumental problem of your choice.
